Night Transport Lead: Dispatch & Driver Support

Gist Limited is seeking a Night Transport Coordinator for its Spalding Transport team. This permanent night-shift role focuses on coordinating drivers, managing live transport activity and keeping deliveries on schedule.

You'll work alongside the Transport Shift Manager, supporting drivers and keeping the transport office running through the night. Working pattern is Nights, Saturday to Tuesday, 38 hours per week, with shifts from 18:00-04:00 or 20:00-06:00, at Wardentree Lane, Spalding.
