Night Store Leader: Driving 24/7 Ops & Team Growth

ASDA is seeking a Lead Night Manager for our larger format store in Gateshead to lead the night team and ensure the store runs smoothly while the rest of the world sleeps. You will be accountable for night planning, execution of activity, and maintaining the highest shop floor standards across all departments to ensure safety and compliance.

You will work a rolling rota of 4 nights over 7, including weekends, and you will oversee operations through the night with a 24-hour store mindset.
