Night Sous Chef: Lead & Mentor Kitchen Team

Dakota Hotels in Manchester Airport are seeking a creative Night Junior Sous Chef to lead the kitchen during night service. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure high standards across all menus including room service, breakfast, and bar snacks.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of professional cooking experience in a high-calibre restaurant and a minimum of 3 years in a junior sous or higher role.
