Night Sous Chef - Lead Kitchen & Mentor

Dakota Hotels in Manchester is seeking a creative Night Junior Sous Chef with strong leadership to join our Kitchen Team. You will take the lead during night service and help maintain our high standards.

Responsibilities include supporting breakfast operations, preparing and cooking dishes across all menus under the Head Chef, and communicating effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff. We value training of junior Chefs, adherence to Health & Safety and HACCP, and a real passion for
