Night Shift Team Member - Fresh Prep & Customer Care

itsu is seeking a Team Member to work nights in our airport-based kitchen/back of house. This full-time role starts from midnight, with hourly pay up to £15.80 including an hourly bonus, and no zero hours contracts.

You will cut fresh fish, roll maki, and create itsu dishes, while cooking with care and maintaining the highest standards of food safety. Training is provided, and breaks are paid, with perks like early wage access and generous staff discounts.
