Night Shift Team Leader - Dementia Care Home

Cinnamon is opening Thurnby Fields, a luxury care home in Leicester, and seeks a Team Leader to supervise and support care teams on night shifts. You will ensure high standards of resident care, manage staff, and drive continuous improvement within the home.

In this hands on role, you'll co ordinate assessments, support families, train the team, and contribute to recruitment and handovers. This is a development path towards Deputy Manager, with company benefits and a competitive hourly rate.
