Night Shift Support Worker - Empower Lives & Independence

Dolphin Homes Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Abbey House, Southampton, to cover 12 months of maternity leave. The role involves night shifts (42 hours) and supporting individuals with Prader-Willi syndrome, learning disabilities, and behavioural challenges in a person-centred care setting.
