Night Shift Supervisor

We are looking for a Night Shift Supervisor to join our depot team in Bury St Edmunds. The night shift typically runs 5 days out of 7, 23:00-07:00, depending on volumes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of up to 50 direct reports providing leadership and direction for the shift
• Develop and train reports and ensure SLAs are hit for the night shift
• Ensure compliance with all site HSES rules and regulations
• Process BI and MI reports based on work output of drivers and loaders
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Management experience leading and managing a team
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced logistics environment is a definite advantage
• Must be able to work on own initiative in a pressurised environment to tight deadlines
• PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Understanding of transport regulations ideally
