Night Shift Senior Care Team Lead

Midlands Care in Leicester is seeking a Senior Night Health Care Assistant to lead the on duty care team and deliver compassionate personal care to elderly residents.

You will supervise night shifts, maintain dignity and privacy, build relationships with residents and families, and support a high standard of care through training and mentoring. Previous Senior Care Assistant experience and strong communication are essential.
