Night Shift Senior Care Lead

Bridge House Residential Home is seeking 2 Senior Care Assistants to cover night shifts (8pm-8am) on an alternating pattern. You will lead a night team, oversee safe, person-centred care, and support residents' physical, emotional and social needs.

The role involves medication administration, care planning support, and mentoring Care Assistants while maintaining a warm, dignified environment. Visa sponsorship is not available.
