Night Shift Senior Care Lead

At Bupa, Ashby Court Care Home in Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire is hiring a Senior Care Assistant for night shifts (8pm-8am). You will lead a small team, support the nurse with clinical duties and ensure high quality, person centred care for residents.

You'll have NVQ3 in care or higher, plus previous experience, and a passion for making a real difference. Bupa will provide training and opportunities to progress in a supportive environment.
