Night-Shift Senior Care Lead

HC-One's Millcroft care home in Redditch is hiring a Senior Care Assistant for night shifts on a full-time basis. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, deliver person-centred care, and work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to plan activities and support residents' dignity and independence.
