Night-Shift Senior Care Lead - Mentoring & Person-Centred Care

Avon Search is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join the night team at a well-established residential care setting in Treharris, South Wales. You will support up to 24 residents, promote dignity and independence, and help maintain a warm, home-from-home environment.

Role includes supervising Care Assistants, delivering high-quality care overnight, and ensuring accurate care records. Night shifts are 7:30pm-7:30am, 36 hours per week with ongoing training and career progression opportunities.
