Night Shift Security Team Lead - Inspire & Protect Onsite

Laing O'Rourke on behalf of Select Security is seeking a project-based Security Team Leader to manage our nighttime security team on a major Oxford construction site. You will lead and motivate security officers, coordinate patrols, and ensure top security standards throughout the night.
