Night-Shift Residential Childcare Worker (Training Provided)

Oceanhealthcare in Teignbridge is looking for compassionate Residential Childcare Support Workers to provide high-quality care to children and young people in a residential home. The role includes supporting emotional and educational development, safeguarding welfare, and building relationships.

No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare is preferred, along with the ability to work flexible hours.
