Night-Shift Quality Auditor - Food Safety & GMP

Sofina Foods is seeking a quality-focused individual to monitor and uphold GMP and product standards at our Humberstone Road production site. You will work with the QA Manager and Operations to ensure all products meet specifications, legal requirements, and quality benchmarks.

The role involves night shifts (Sunday-Thursday, 22:00-06:00) and requires Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification, auditing experience, and strong IT skills.
