Night Shift Production Leader

PROPER SNACKS in Nuneaton is seeking a Shift Manager to lead our night shift (10pm-6am) within the Operations team. You will motivate Movers & Makers, champion safety and quality, and drive delivery and cost performance on your shift.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will use Redzone data to improve performance, recruit and train new hires, and develop your team while balancing urgent priorities in a fast-paced environment.
