Night Shift Production Leader

Boston Scientific is seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor on a permanent basis to join our Galway site, on the Nights shift.

You will develop and maintain a feasible plan for hiring, training and managing personnel while ensuring quality, process and material flows are operated efficiently.

This role requires strong leadership, GMP familiarity, cross-functional collaboration and a focus on continuous improvement across manufacturing and logistics.
