Night Shift Production Lead (Food Manufacturing)

PROPER SNACKS is seeking a Shift Manager for the Nuneaton site on the night shift (2pm-10pm). You will lead the Movers & Makers, drive safety, quality and delivery targets, and develop your team to meet daily production goals.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will champion continuous improvement using Redzone data, coach individuals and cohorts, and balance performance with a positive workplace culture across a fast-paced operation.
