Night Shift Production Lead - Food FMCG KPI Focus

Extons Foods Ltd. is seeking a Shift Manager to lead Production and Packing during the night shift, starting early for start ups and readiness checks. You will supervise shop floor teams, deploy labour effectively, and drive KPI performance while ensuring food safety and GMP compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, quick decision making, and excellent communication to coordinate QA, Engineering, Warehouse, and Planning. Monday to Friday, nights, site based with shift cover expected.
