Night Shift Production Area Manager - FMCG Team Leader

Tayto Group Limited in Scunthorpe is seeking a Production Area Manager to lead a team of up to 50 people on night shifts (Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am). You will focus on cost, quality, safety and people development to keep our snacks flowing from line to shop.

You will monitor performance, present KPI data at daily meetings, drive improvements, and ensure safe, compliant operations. The role suits a proactive, FMCG experienced manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
