Night-Shift On-Site HR Advisor ER & HR Support

PrepWorld Ltd is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to join our team on the night shift and on site in Northfleet. You will provide professional and proactive HR support to night shift colleagues and advise the wider business on HR matters.

Working with the Head of HR, you will guide managers on employment law, recruitment, performance management and employee relations, maintain HRMIS data, and deliver inductions and pre employment screening as required.
