Night Shift Manufacturing Leader

pladis is seeking a Manufacturing Team Manager for night shift at our Carlisle site in Cumbria. You will lead and develop the night crew, drive operational efficiency and ensure delivery of production targets across the line.

Responsibilities include managing OEE, downtime, waste and labour, while leveraging systems like Autostore, SAP, Workday and SFOL to report performance. A Lean mindset and strong people skills are essential.
