Night Shift Manager - Food Production & CI Leader

Inspired Global Cuisine (IGC) in Oldham is seeking an experienced manufacturing leader to drive a safe, engaging workplace, champion continuous improvement and collaboratively raise site performance.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage Health & Safety, Quality, GMP, labour, materials and waste; set KPIs; ensure SOPs are current; oversee safety and quality checks; and promote food safety, legality and integrity across production, storage and packaging.
