Night Shift Machinery Setter & Team Lead

Randstad CPE is seeking a nights-only Team Leader to manage production machinery on site, working 22:00-06:00 Sunday to Thursday. You will set, run, maintain and changeover high-output machines to meet targets and ensure safe working practices and quality standards.

As Line Leader you will train others, monitor OEE, drive continuous improvement, maintain accurate downtime records, and oversee material usage. On-site parking is available and Randstad CPE supports diverse applicants.
