Night Shift Lead - Compassionate Elder Care & Dementia Support

Gloucester Charities Trust (GCT) at Magdalen House seeks a Night Shift Leader to manage a 36-hour week on a 8pm-8am two week rota, including alternating Saturday nights.

We care for 29 older residents, some with dementia, and require experience in medication administration and care with empathy and organisation.

Salary is £15.00 per hour with a £1.00 weekend enhancement, plus a comprehensive benefits package including pension, training, and wellbeing initiatives.
