Night Senior Care Lead - Dignified, Team-First Care

Bupa in Cardiff is hiring a Senior Care Assistant - Nights at Heol Don Care Home. This permanent role is 44 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts and alternate weekends. Pay is £13.25-£14.84 per hour, depending on experience.

You will lead a team of Care Assistants, oversee unit operations, assist with medication administration and care plans, and support nurses and external teams to deliver compassionate, dignified care.
