Night Senior Care Lead - 12-Hour Shifts & Training

Agincare Weymouth currently seeks an experienced care professional to join our team in a care home environment. You will deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents with personal care, dignity, and independence on a daily basis.

The role includes administering medications safely, contributing to and reviewing care plans, leading activities and outings, and guiding other team members as needed. Nights are 8pm-8am with 12 hour shifts, and weekend work is required.
