Night Replenishment, Supermarket Assistant

About the Role

As a Supermarket Assistant, you'll help deliver partner-led service and passion for food that leaves a lasting impression on every customer visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment - ensuring shelves are full and products are in the right place at the right time.
• Fulfilling online customer orders ready for delivery.
• Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and markdowns for items approaching sell by dates.
• Supporting the wider shop team - including checkout support, Click & Collect orders, on demand orders and other tasks.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment with general shopkeeping tasks.

Requirements

• Communication skills to work effectively as part of a team and with customers.
• Experience in a customer facing role (desired).
• Up to date knowledge and strong interest in food and drink trends (desired).
• Flexible approach to support the whole branch (desired).

Applicants must be 18 years or older. Night premium of £3.75 per hour applies for hours 22:00-06:00.
