We're on the hunt for an authentic and welcoming Night Receptionist to help lead the guest experience at our brand new hotel, part of our newest Dublin Capel Street addition, opening this summer 2026 (start date end of August)!
Our Night Receptionist is responsible for overseeing front desk operations during overnight hours, assisting guests with check-ins and inquiries, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the safety and security of the premises.
This role is about much more than just check-ins and check-outs. With a mix of short stay and long stay guests, we want to create a place that feels personal, welcoming, and connected!
What you'll be doing- Welcoming and assisting guests during overnight hours
- Managing smooth check-ins and check-outs
- Monitoring access to the building and maintaining security procedures
- Assisting guests throughout their stay and making sure they feel at home
- Building genuine connections with both short stay and long stay guests
- Handling guest requests, and daily front office tasks
- Working closely with the team to create a positive and vibrant atmosphere
- Making sure every guest leaves happy and well looked after
- A bubbly, positive night owl
- Someone who is naturally service-minded and enjoys helping people
- Great communication and people skills
