Night Prep Team Lead - Food Production & Quality

Cuisine Centre in Derby is seeking a Preparation Team Leader to supervise a production team on a 4-on, 4-off night shift (22:00-06:30). You will ensure SKUs are prepared, packed and dispatched in line with plans, while maintaining GMP, hygiene and traceability with strict attention to detail.

You will drive Right First Time, manage inventory and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Nights premium applies.
