Responsibilities:

• Take the helm at our concierge desk during the serene hours of the evening, ensuring seamless operations in the absence of the wider team.
• Be the beacon of assistance for our guests, handling incoming calls, assisting with luggage, and promptly addressing guest requests with finesse and professionalism.
• Extend a warm welcome to late-arriving guests and facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless transition throughout the night.

What you Need:

• Navigate through tasks effortlessly, balancing multiple responsibilities with ease and communicating effectively with both guests and team members.
