Night Packaging Lead, Biologics Ops & Compliance

AbbVie in Ireland seeks a Packaging Supervisor to lead day-to-day packaging operations for Core 1 Biologics. Reporting to the Senior Packaging Manager, you'll oversee Visual Inspection, capping, HSGA, Drop Gauge and packaging activities on the night shift.

You'll drive production plans while upholding safety, quality and regulatory compliance, supervise teams, coordinate cross-functional packaging activities with Materials, Finance and Engineering, and coach staff for continuous improvement.
