Thatchers Hotel in Guildford is seeking a proactive Night Team Leader to manage overnight operations, oversee the night team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will coordinate night audits, handle guest inquiries, and support a smooth handover to the day team.

The role involves securing the property, conducting regular checks, and acting as the main support contact during the night. DBS check will be arranged as part of recruitment.
