Night Operations Lead: Empower Teams, Customer-Ready Stores

Morrisons is seeking a Night Manager to lead and empower a team while the store operates through the night. You will ensure customers have a ready, well-stocked store and provide outstanding service.

Reporting to Store Management, you'll coordinate scheduling, training and performance conversations to drive results. Applicants should have experience managing teams in retail or hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships across departments.
