Night Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Night Manager to join our team at The Lanesborough.

The hotel, awarded No. 1 Hotel in London by Travel + Leisure, is located near Hyde Park, Harrods, and other luxury destinations. It features 93 luxurious suites and bedrooms, modern British dining, and exclusive amenities.

Candidate Profile

The Night Manager will lead nightly operations, support the Front Office team, and ensure guest safety and satisfaction. Key qualities include leadership experience, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in Front Office at a 4 or 5 hotel, preferably in London's luxury market.
  • Excellent guest recognition and complaint handling skills.
  • Fluent English; additional languages preferred.
  • Impeccable grooming standards.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts on a permanent basis.
  • Knowledge of Opera system is a plus.
