About the Night Manager role

Night Manager, reporting into the Store Manager, responsible for ensuring stores are customer ready during night operations and leading a team of colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower colleagues to put the customer first and deliver outstanding service.
• Respond promptly to customer feedback and take corrective actions.
• Maintain market leading availability across the store.
• Collaborate with other managers to foster a supportive, performance driven department.
• Manage staffing routines, scheduling, absence, performance and talent conversations.
• Deliver training to build team capability and confidence.
• Enable colleagues to work confidently across various departments.
• Identify and nurture talent within the department.
• Build effective relationships with other operating departments.
• Drive performance and achieve targets across the department(s).
• Take a leadership role within the store.
• Plan resources thoroughly.
