About The Role

We are looking for Night Life Practitioners to join our team at The Old Elms in Redford, Nottinghamshire.

We seek a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Night Life Practitioner to support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. Your role will involve helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on community trips.

We provide a company vehicle for transporting clients to activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK driver's license or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting rates are £12.56 for those without experience and £13.85 for those with experience. Additional pay levels include Level 1 at £12.85, Level 2 at £13.35, and Level 3 at £13.85. You will have opportunities to develop your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to higher pay.
