Night Lead Custodian

Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment that supports students, staff, and the school community. The Night Lead Custodian provides hands on custodial services while overseeing evening custodial operations, supporting custodial staff, and ensuring cleaning standards and schedules are consistently met.

• High school diploma, GED, or applicable experience required
• Prior custodial experience required; prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to direct, support, and coordinate the work of custodial staff
• Knowledge of routine cleaning procedures, building maintenance, and minor repairs
• Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently while leading a team
• Physical ability to lift, move, and carry equipment and supplies as needed

• Full time, 12 month position (union affiliated)
