Night Hygiene Team Leader (Audit-Ready)

Noble Foods is seeking a Hygiene Team Leader for our Leicester site, on a full-time permanent night shift 22:00-06:00. You will lead a team of Hygiene Operatives to keep the site clean, safe and audit-ready, ensuringHealth and Safety standards are met and responsibilities managed end-to-end.

You will manage performance, training and development, follow the Hygiene Plan, handle high/low risk cleaning tasks and safely use chemicals.
