Night Housing Support Officer - Safe & Empowering

BCHA is seeking a Night Intensive Housing Officer to provide safe, supportive care for people experiencing homelessness during the night shift. You will work within our Homelessness service to help customers feel secure, heard and empowered.

The role focuses on de-escalation, practical support, notes, and collaboration with local services to promote independence and long-term progress, while maintaining confidentiality and dignity at all times.
