Salary: £13.83 plus incentive (10% of room upgrade, £1 per breakfast voucher and £2 per restaurant voucher)

As a Night Front Office Team Leader

• Have excellent detailed knowledge of Front Office operations
• Excellent detailed knowledge of front office operations in a hotel
• Who ensures guests' needs are satisfactorily met
• Who plays a hands on role leading by example and taking opportunities to motivate, train and inspire the front office team members
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and excellent knowledge of Opera
• Be available to work 5 days on, 2 days off (from 10:45-7:15am)

• With previous experience as aNight Receptionist, aNight Team Leader, Receptionistin a hotel
