Night Front Desk Guest Services Associate

The Celtic Collection in Cardiff seeks a Guest Services Associate - Nights at The Parkgate Hotel to ensure exceptional overnight guest experiences. You will work with the Night Duty Manager and Front of House to welcome guests, perform night audits, and prep the hotel for the next day.

Ideal candidates have hotel or hospitality experience, night-shift capability, and strong communication and IT skills (Opera advantageous). A proactive, guest-focused approach is essential.
