Night Front Desk Ambassador & Guest Care

Leonardo Hotel London Watford is seeking a Night Porter to support the Front Office team and ensure seamless operation of the hotel during night shifts. You'll engage with guests, assist with room service orders, and act as a ambassador for the Leonardo brand.

Responsibilities include safety and security, routine Fire Walks, cleaning public areas, setting up conference rooms, and preparing ambient breakfast displays to create memorable experiences while maintaining high cleanliness standards.
