Night Dairy Operative (4 on/4 off) - Growth & Training

Heler Foods is seeking a Night Dairy Operative to join our Crewe Road, Nantwich site. The role involves delivering the nightly production plan, ensuring food safety, quality and GMP, and maintaining Health & Safety standards during a 12-hour shift.

You will follow all procedures, complete daily records, and support continuous improvement while working within a 4 on/4 off pattern and night hours. Training starts at £12.71/hour with progression to £19.07/hour.
