Night Concierge & Guest Experience Lead

Windmill Village Hotel, Golf Club & Spa in Coventry is seeking a Night Porter to join our team. You will provide a warm, efficient guest welcome and departure service while working with the night managers.

Responsibilities include securing the property, handovers, room service, serving breakfast setup, and maintaining clean public areas, with a focus on safety, security and great guest experience.
