Night Concierge: 24/7 Community Experience & Safety

Greystar is seeking a Night Concierge to support the 24/7 resident experience, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining safety and cleanliness within the community.

You will act as a role model and provide reception, administration, and safety support, including key management and out-of-hours check-in/check-out, ensuring smooth day-to-night handover and high occupancy and satisfaction.
