Night Care Team Leader - Lead Night Shifts & Care

Semester Recruitment is seeking a Night Team Leader for the London Borough of Waltham Forest, based at 20 Chelmsford Road, Leytonstone, E11 1BS. This is a non-qualified social care role paying £16.14-£20.96 per hour, starting 17 August 2026.

You will lead a team of night support workers, covering shift allocations, staff supervision, medication administration, night care plan and risk assessment updates, daily report writing, resident night checks, and health, safety and security checks.
