Night Care Team Leader - Inspire, Grow, Flexible Shifts

Belong in Macclesfield is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to supervise a team of support workers and oversee medication routines. This role requires strong leadership, planning and a passion for person-centred care.

You will lead on care plans, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely delivery of resident support during night shifts (10pm-8am). NVQ 3 in Care preferred; dementia care experience is a plus.
