Night Care Team Lead for Elderly Residents

Midlands Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead the on duty team and ensure daily activities are delivered to a high standard. You will provide personal care and build meaningful relationships with residents, relatives, and staff.

The role requires strong communication, a compassionate, person centred approach, and flexibility for night shifts. Training covers mandatory courses and our induction includes the Care Certificate, with opportunities for growth within our Midlands group.
